Scope of Applications

Suitable for eliminating or weakening the scaling problems caused by accumulations of calcium ions of the mineral processing, leaching, metallurgy process systems.

l Lime or sodium hydroxide or other reagent need to be added to the flotation, leaching, metallurgy and other process systems to adjust pH value. Lime causes the continuous accumulation of calcium ions in the circulating process water.

l Generally, scaling is much more serious in summer.

l The fine particles suspended in water or slurry are the natural crystal nucleus for scaling, which promote the occurrence of scaling.

l Scaling are adhered tightly to the surface of the equipment or the inner wall of the pipe, which are very difficult to clean.

l Generally, the scaling of pipelines, thickeners, and filters, etc. are the most serious, leading to the blockage of pipeline and hardening of filter cloth, which affect the normal operation of production.

l Frequent cleaning and removal of scaling is required, which not only increases labor costs and expenses, but also reduces operating efficiency.

l Stock solution to be added.

l Reference dosage: 30-300g/t, the dosage can be adjusted by technical personnel according to the scaling situation.
