Scope of Application

l BK810 can be used as a cleaning reagent for ceramic filter plates and composite filter plates instead of nitric acid. The cleaning can be completed during the operation, which can quickly dissolve the blockage, scale, mud and mixed rust of the filter plate. Besides, it can be used to regenerate the blocked filter plates when the filter is stopped.

l Frequent cleaning and removal of scaling, crystallization, etc. will not only increase labor cost and fees, but reduce operating efficiency.

Instructions

BK810 is formulated into an aqueous solution with a mass concentration of about 10% for use. The solution is directly connected to the suction port of the filter acid pump. The amount of the aqueous solution is basically the same as that of the regular acid solution. The specific amount needs to be adjusted according to the actual cleaning effect.
